Cesare Fracassini, Italian painter, was born in Orvieto in 1838 and died in Rome in 1868. He was a pupil of Minardi, and depicted the altar paintings: I martiri gorcomiesi (Vatican, Pin.) and frescoes in the Roman churches: Vita dei santi Lorenzo e Srefano (San Lorenzo fuori le mura).
